Today we were asked to make the dish .
For this project i chose PIZZA as my dish
DAY 1
INGRIEDIENTS I USE FOR MAKING PIZZA
ALL PURPOSE FLOOR, SALT, OIL, YEAST, WATER, SUGAR ,CHEESE ,CAPSICUM, BELL PEPPER UELLOW AND RED, MUSHROOM, ONION ,CORN ,ORIGANI, CHILLI FLAX











METHOD
1. Add 1 cup all purpose flour
2. Add one table spoon of yeast with sugar
3. After fifteen minutes when the yeast rises, kneed the dough and put it in the fridge for 2 hours to rise.
After dough was ready i divided that into 3 to 4 parts and convert it into flat circular shape and add souse, cheese, capsicum, bell peppers, tomato, onion, and corn.
I made this pizza in the own

before bake it i preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade
after placing the pizza base i set the oven for 3 minutes on 200 degree centigrade and then after prepared the pizza i add souse, cheese, capsicum, bell peppers, tomato, onion, and corn

on that and again set that for 5 minutes after that I was happy with the final outcome as the pizza came out looking good .











PIZZA IS READY TO BAKE
I BAKE IT FOR 4 TO 5 MIN.

DAY-2
EXPERIMENT-
DIFFERENT WAYS OF PUTTING THE STUFFING AN DOUGH TOGETHER.
Today I tried making pizza in different shapes and sizes, I tried changing the ratio of ingredient in the dough and to add some other ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
(SAME)

THE PROSSES OF MAKING A PIZZA DOUGH:
First add 1tsp of sugar in lukewarm water and then dissolve the sugar.
Add the yeast and wait for 5 minutes
Add Maida and salt in another bow and mix them together.
Slowly add the yeast water to the Maida and start making the dough. keep the dough in room temperature for 2 hours and let rise.
After the dough was ready I separated them into smaller pieces so that they were easy to handle and started making the pizza base.

DAY -3
I tried chocolate cone pizza
I use same ingredient for making dough but i add milk on that and baking soda as well after adding these thing i observe that dough become very soft

1. I MAKE THIS DOUGH WITH purpose flour yeast with sugar

2. WITH MILK AND BAKING SODA
This i made with same process of simple dough but the difference in this is i add milk compare to water and baking soda

THIS IS ALL HOW I MADE CONE WITH DOUGH AND AFTER THAT I LEFT THIS FOR HALF AN HOUR FOR SET IT THEN I FRIED IT !!!!!!
I AM NOT THAT MUCH GOOD IN COOKING AS WILL SEE IN THE NEXT VIDEO😅 BUT I TRIED IT WELL AND I PASS MY THIS COOKING TEST

I WAS TOO SCARED WHILE DOING THIS
I FRIED IT LIKE THAT AFTER THIS I LEFT THIS THEN ADD CHOCOLATE STUFFING ON IT TO MAKE IT MORE YUMMY!!!!!!!! AND I ALSO ADD POMEGRANETE

FINAL DISH
For the final dish i use chocolate cone idea but for the final dish i make little big cones with extra chocolate
RECIPE
Ingredients required for dough
All-purpose flours
Baking soda
Yeast
Milk
Water
Salt
Sugar
Oil
Ingredients required for stuffing
Hershey's syrup
Pomegranate
Almond , Cashew
Dairy milk chocolate
Steps to make a Dough
Step 1: Wash your hands (VERY IMP)
Step 2: Gather all the ingredients required for the dough (Otherwise you will run latter)
Step 3: pour all-purpose flour in the bowl (we can use any bowl- plastic, glass)
Step 4: add yeast , oil (as per the need )
Step 5: add boiled water and milk (milk should be a bit)
Step 6: mix that well for 5 to 6 min.
Step 7: leave that for an hour
Steps to make coco cone pizza
Step 1 : make a huge roll
Step 2 : make a circler shape
Step 3 : divide that into 2 parts
Step 4: make a cone with the help of oil and leave it for 15 to 20 min

Step 5 : bake it for 2 min
Step 6 : take oil and heat it on low medium and fray that leave it for 5 min
Step 7 : take chocolate , Hershey's syrup , Pomegranate , Almond , Cashew
Step 8: take a bowl and put chocolate {Hershey's syrup} on that and dip that cones (but not that much)
Step 9 : put all ingredients inside the cone 1. Hershey's syrup 2. pomegranates 3. dairy milk chocolate 4. Almond , Cashew (for decoration )
Step 10 : put that in refrigerator for half an hour
Step 11 : Surve it to your family 😊😋
FINAL OUTCOME !!!!

MY CONES ARE NOT THAT MUCH IN GOOD SHAPE
